Lesson 1: Business Environment Understand foundational project management concepts, adopt an agile and hybrid mindset, align projects strategically, and maximize benefits and value. Learn how organizational culture, change management, governance, and compliance shape project success. Lesson 2: Start the Project Master the initial steps of project initiation by identifying and engaging stakeholders, forming the right team, building shared understanding, and selecting the appropriate project methodology. Lesson 3: Plan the Project Learn how to create a robust project plan that includes scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, quality assurance, and integration of all plans for cohesive execution. Lesson 4: Lead the Project Team Develop leadership skills to foster collaboration, empower team members, maintain performance, communicate effectively with stakeholders, train and mentor, and resolve conflicts constructively. Lesson 5: Support Project Team Performance Implement continuous improvements, support performance monitoring, evaluate progress, manage issues and impediments, and handle project changes efficiently to maintain momentum. Lesson 6: Close the Project/Phase Learn effective project or phase closure techniques, ensure benefits realization, and perform structured knowledge transfer to enhance organizational learning.
